WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Vice President to generate qualified leads and traffic sufficient to achieve the company business plan.
• Oversee the operation of lead generation tools such as (Active Campaign), managing program automation to ensure data quality. Continuously assess and refine marketing automation processes for greater efficiency.
• Work with the VP of Marketing and external agencies, overseeing the strategy, implementation, optimization, and analysis of paid and organic advertising campaigns and social media and email marketing efforts.
• Compile and share reports on sales, website traffic, realtor performance, marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), and competitive market analysis.
• Lead the development and implementation of realtor community engagement and recognition strategies, ensuring these initiatives are impactful and well-received.
• Support the creation and coordination of marketing materials, working independently or in collaboration with external agencies and digital service providers.
• Ensure the company's website and digital properties are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
• As needed, participate in and assist with organizing company events, including community openings, realtor engagements, and developer-related activities.
• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to guarantee project deliverables meet the company's budget, timelines, and quality standards when needed.
• Actively support the builder sales teams, aiding community outreach efforts and fostering relationships with civic and charitable organizations.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy for all marketing materials and initiatives, ensuring all content is compelling, thoroughly reviewed, and proofread before distribution.
• Conduct site visits regularly to inspect signage and overall presentation, ensuring alignment with the company's brand standards. Web content should also be frequently reviewed for creativity and accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience, is required
• Proficient in using CRM/database tools and marketing automation platforms such as Active Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Constant Contact, along with email marketing experience
• Experience in project management, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat usage is highly desired
• Advanced proficiency in computer usage, with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar website management tools
• Communicates well in both written work and face-to-face interaction
• Highly organized and time management abilities and comfortable juggling various projects simultaneously
• Enjoys working in a team environment
